Our orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days, however, during periods of high demand such as sales and collection releases please allow up to 5-12 business days for your package to be processed and shipped. For International shipping please allow 7-21 business days. Orders that are placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day.

Why is my order still in "Pending Shipment Status"?

Tracking numbers and an Invoice are sent to your email as soon as your order's label is printed. This means that the shipping process has begun and your tracking number will update as soon as USPS or Fed-ex scans your order in. This does not mean your order is lost, it is not uncommon for an order to remain in pre-shipment for multiple days. Please only contact us about this if your order has surpassed the estimated time for shipment.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate shipping address or payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 3 business days. Please make sure that your information is accurate to avoid delayed processing and shipping.
